Based on experience Overview Living with Purpose is seeking compassionate and dependable Community Networking Staff to provide meaningful support to individuals in their homes and communities. This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living skills, community engagement, health-related needs, and personal development—while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. Support Services In accordance with each Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP), Community Networking Staff may assist individuals with: Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care and daily living skills Support household tasks and skill development Provide transportation to community and medical appointments Promote health, safety, and independence Complete required documentation accurately and on time Attend training and team meetings as required Work collaboratively with families, staff, and community partners Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to use personal vehicle when required Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Required training provided by Living with Purpose Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25+ lbs and assist with mobility Ability to manage behavioral situations and use crisis prevention techniques Physically, mentally, and emotionally able to perform job duties Work Location Services are provided in residential homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties, with occasional scheduled travel.
