Job Description
Independence Center of Ste Genevieve County is a Department of Mental Health Provider that is committed to supply outstanding care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Sainte Genevieve Community. We truly do strive to enhance the life and wellbeing for each and every one of our individuals and staff! We are seeking full time Direct Support Professionals at our residential ISL (Individualized Supported Living) locations in Ste. Genevieve County. At our residential ISLs individuals are provided with support and training services in their own residence which allows functional skill development to occur in their real-life home setting. Days, Evening and Midnight shifts, with rotating weekends. Pay differential for evening and midnight shifts We reward growth! Team members can earn up to $3.00 more per hour in their first year. Generous company paid health insurance for full time employees - affordable vision/dental/life packages are available as well! Company pays a portion of cell phone bill. Company match on retirement. PTO and Vacation time for full time. All training provided! (driver's license and high school diploma/GED required.) Mandatory drug test and background check.
