Job Description

Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting.
Schedule:
Weekend shifts available (day and evening) Shifts could be 9am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10am to 6pm. Shifts could be in a male or female home. Evening shifts during the week also available
Compensation:
$19-$21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment Accurately complete daily documentation and follow care plans Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in direct care or a related field preferred, but not required Ability to pass background checks and meet all state requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, patient, and professional demeanor If you are dedicated to providing quality care and making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
