Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life within their home.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
