Job Description

We are an Assisted Living home in Cut Bank, MT called BeeHive Homes of Cut Bank Memory Care. We are currently adding to our team on various shifts as part time or full time. We are willing to train the right person as a Patient Care Assistant to our residents with dementia. We are a small, home like setting where resident care comes first. This is an opportunity to be part of a team while advancing your career in the healthcare setting and caring for this great generation! We offer pay increases to CNA's (which is not required to have) as well as working night shifts. We also offer some reimbursement for costs towards successfully passing your CNA license while working for us with a one year commitmen. Wage is negotiable upon interview, dependent on experience. We will give a $300 sign on bonus after 6 months of FT employment. The position involves helping elderly patients with dementia manage their day-to-day needs including light cooking and cleaning. The right candidate will be compassionate, reliable and empathetic, and will work in a supportive environment with a dedicated group of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with basic daily living activities. Monitor residents' health and comfort. Provide emotional support to other staff members, family members, and patients. Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff members. Must be able to pass a background check as well as drug testing if needed.
