Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

The Arc Western Montana is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to make a real difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Whether you're starting your career or bringing caregiving experience from healthcare or elder care, this is meaningful, hands-on work. We'll train you every step of the way.

Group Homes around Missoula What we offer: Starting pay: $17.00•18.00 per hour $1.00 per hour overnight shift differential (11pm-7am) Paid training in CPR, First Aid, Mandt, and more Flexible schedules to fit your life, including full-time, part-time, and relief shifts Entry-level friendly. No experience needed. We hire motivated people with a strong work ethic, including high school graduates and those new to the field. Day:

7:00am•3:00pm

Evening:

3:00pm•11:00pm

Overnight:

11:00pm•7:00am

What We're Looking For:

You don't need experience to apply — just compassion, dependability, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide all the training you need. To join our team, you must: Be at least 17 years old Pass a background check and drug screening (as required by Montana state law) Communicate clearly in English, including using basic electronic systems Experience in caregiving or support work is welcome, but not required
