Must love to be on the go in the community and ok with assisting with ALL personal care needs. He wants to be out with his peers and not home with mom and dad. Depending on hours, some may be at his day program. Qualifications Experience with people with disabilies and autism preferred -- but willing to teach. Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to caregiving.ce working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities is highly valued. Be willing to submit to a background check including NC criminal and DMV.
Must have:
a valid driver's license be 18 or older a GED or high school diploma
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
