Job Description

Schedule Monday-Friday:
3:00 PM-10:00 PM; Weekends as needed. Overnight shifts during the week as scheduled Flexibility to work scheduled evenings and overnight hours is required. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and daily support based on each individual's needs and care plan. Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, meals, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living as appropriate. Support individuals in developing and maintaining independence and life skills. Provide companionship and encourage participation in recreational and community activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Monitor and report changes in behavior, health, or well-being to supervisors. Follow all safety procedures, organizational policies, and individual care plans. Complete required documentation and daily progress notes accurately and on time. Provide appropriate supervision during evening and overnight hours. Communicate respectfully and professionally with individuals, families, coworkers, and supervisors. Protect the individual's privacy, dignity, rights, and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but may not be required. Must be dependable, patient, compassionate, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain attentive and responsible during evening and overnight shifts. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet any applicable employment requirements. Pay:
