Full-Time In-Home (live in) Respite Provider Brighten Your Horizons, LLC Fayetteville, NC Job Details Contract $3,621.73 - $4,361.66 a month 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Overview Brighten Your Horizons, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Full-Time In-Home Respite Provider to provide support to an 18-year-old individual in their home and community. The provider will assist with daily living activities, community engagement, supervision, and emotional support while promoting independence and maintaining a safe environment. Essential Duties Provide direct supervision and support in the individual's home Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Support participation in community activities and appointments Encourage skill development, independence, and social engagement Implement behavioral support strategies as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan Monitor health and safety concerns and report incidents promptly Complete required documentation and service notes in a timely manner Communicate effectively with family members, guardians, and agency staff Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals with behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or special needs preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal background check CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
