Job Overview
NOW HIRING - PCA/CNA
(Personal Care Services) Peace Of Mind Community Care We are seeking an experienced PCA/CNA to provide care for an adult female CAP client in Gibsonville, NC. Need to hire by 7/14.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00/10:00 PM (20-25 hours weekly) ➕ Additional respite hours may be available.
Client Care Needs:
  • Personal care assistance, including showers
  • Meal preparation and breaking down food into small bites
  • Medication reminders/assistance
  • IV fluid support (experience preferred)
  • Assistance with light housekeeping
  • Client has digestive/gastric health concerns and becomes dehydrated easily
  • Must understand that the client cannot drink liquids while eating due to swallowing difficulties
  • Be attentive, as food may occasionally become stuck in the client's throat
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable around service dogs (they are an important part of the client's care)
  • Experience with clients who have complex medical needs is strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to assist with transportation to and from emergency room visits, when needed, is a plus If you are compassionate, dependable, and have the experience to provide quality care, we'd love to hear from you!
