Angelical Touch LLC | Hendersonville, NC & Surrounding Areas Angelical Touch LLC is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable, person-centered care to individuals and families throughout our community. At Angelical Touch, we believe home care should go beyond simply having someone present. Our goal is to help the individuals we serve maintain their dignity, independence, routines, meaningful connections, and overall quality of life. We are currently building our caregiving team and seeking compassionate, dependable individuals interested in opportunities as Companions, Sitters, and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). What You May Do Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, your verified competency, and each client's individualized care plan.

Duties may include:

Providing companionship and supervision Engaging clients in conversation and meaningful activities Supporting established routines and independence Preparing or assisting with meals Light housekeeping related to the client's care Providing medication reminders as permitted Assisting with errands or other approved activities Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs Maintaining accurate care documentation Communicating appropriately with supervisors and the care team Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), when applicable to the position and authorized assignment Supporting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other personal-care needs when applicable to the PCA role Following the client's care plan and Angelical Touch policies and procedures Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are: Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others Dependable and punctual Patient and respectful Professional in clients' homes Able to communicate effectively Comfortable working independently Willing to learn and receive feedback Committed to protecting client dignity, privacy, and independence Able to follow care plans, agency policies, and assigned duties Able to complete required orientation, training, screening, and competency verification before applicable assignments Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, direct support, senior care, dementia care, or similar experience is welcomed. Qualifications and assignments will be reviewed according to the position and services being provided. Scheduling Angelical Touch is building our caregiver pool as we prepare to serve clients throughout Henderson, Buncombe, and Transylvania Counties .

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN/As Needed | Days | Evenings | Overnights | Weekends Actual schedules and hours will depend on client needs, availability, qualifications, and agency census. Hours are not guaranteed. Service Area Potential assignments may be available throughout Hendersonville, East Flat Rock, Flat Rock, Fletcher, Mills River, Etowah, Horse Shoe, Arden, Asheville, Brevard, and surrounding areas within our service counties.
