About us The Hope Center of Hendersonville is a Christian day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for energetic and friendly people to use their enthusiasm and compassion to encourage the individuals we serve to participate in a variety of recreational and educational activities. The Hope Center is open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. It is our mission to nurture an environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued, provided opportunities, and treated with God's love and compassion.

This position is for one-on-one services. The right candidate will be one that is professional, personable, and wants to truly make a difference in the lives of others.

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50+ pounds Excellent communication skills A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Direct support experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
