Benefits & Support Competitive Pay at $14-$14.50/hr (subject to visit accuracy adjustment•) Bonus Earnings for Client Referrals and Community Care Connections Additional Income with Profit Sharing Bonus Program Dental Insurance Health Insurance 24/7 Clinical Support Flexible scheduling opportunities based on caregiver availability and client compatibility Mileage supplement for qualifying cases Care-Partner™ appreciation opportunities Paid training Supportive office team and innovative technology tools designed to help caregivers stay connected and successful Positive work environment that promotes generosity, empathy, teamwork, and opportunities for growth within the company What You'll Do Assist Clients with ambulatory mobility and toileting Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, skin care, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation, feeding, food handling, and household support Care for clothing, laundry, and light housekeeping tasks Observe and report self-administered medications Record vital signs including BP, temperature, heart rate, respirations, and blood sugar Recognize and report indicators of abuse, neglect, illness, or safety concerns Provide basic first aid and respond to emergency needs according to company policy Document visits accurately through the company mobile app and compliance systems What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must be authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation required Ability to record visits on a reliable mobile device Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while following care plans Flexibility with scheduling, including some weekends and holidays Caregivers with flexible schedules, reliable transportation, prior caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and comfort using mobile technology are especially encouraged to apply.
