Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Duties
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor This position may involve caring for individuals in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, and skilled facilities.
