as a PCA Personal Care Assistant/Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Cary, NC. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional personal care and support in a home environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Administer medications and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals. Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment. Document and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor. Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or CNA preferred. Previous experience in personal care or healthcare setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges. Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Background check and drug screening required prior to employment.
