Day Program / Community Position Overview A Caring Heart Case Management, Inc. is dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live fulfilling, independent lives. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the daily life of an individual in our Greenville programs. In this role, you will provide individualized support, encourage personal growth, and foster skill development in both community and employment settings, helping our clients thrive with dignity and confidence. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centered support to an individual with IDD, focusing on skill development, community engagement, and independence. Assist the client with participation in PITTCO classes Monday-Thursday . Support the client during employment activities Monday, Wednesday, and Friday . Promote personal growth and confidence by encouraging participation in daily routines and life skills. Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that aligns with our mission. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
