Setting:
In-home Key Responsibilities Provide support in-home Assist with daily routines and skill-building activities Use behavior support strategies and redirection techniques Promote independence and positive engagement Maintain a safe and structured environment Complete accurate documentation Collaborate with the care team for consistency Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (3+ years driving experience) Reliable transportation Must pass background and onboarding requirements Strong communication, patience, and dependability Experience Required Experience with behavioral support needs Ability to follow behavior support plans Strong documentation skills Calm and consistent under pressure Preferred Experience DSP or residential/day program experience Behavior management or crisis prevention training Healthcare experience preferred. Please describe your experience working with individuals that are in the IDD populations. Please include organizations that you worked for, volunteered for, and/or personal experience that you have. Are you comfortable assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) after receiving training? These tasks may include but are not limited to: Personal Care, Mobility Support, Meal Preparation & Feeding, Toileting & Continence Care, and/or Household Tasks. Would you be comfortable performing these essential duties as part of your role?
