We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with autism in home and community settings. This position focuses on helping build independence, social skills, communication, and community involvement while creating positive and enjoyable experiences. Responsibilities Support participation in community activities such as bowling, swimming, parks, restaurants, and recreational outings
  • Assist with developing daily living and social skills
  • Provide supervision and encouragement in community and home settings
  • Transport to and from activities as needed
  • Promote independence, confidence, and community engagement
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment Schedule
  • hours may vary according to the needs of the clients
