Job Description

Applicant Must:
Must have a valid driver's license Provide different levels of support to people with disabilities to meet their needs Demonstrate ability to approach challenging situations with a calm approach Be dependable, reliable, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings Be willing to assist with personal cares Be able to complete ongoing paid training requirements Pass medications Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, shopping, hygiene, banking etc.) Assist with community events (concerts, sporting events, Special Olympics, Adult learning classes, casino trips, parties, dances, etc.) Support people to achieve their personal goals Available hours include morning shifts (630a-9/10a), evening shifts (3p-9p/10p), and weekends (8a-4p, 4p-10p). Every other weekend is required. Every other holiday is required.
Wage and compensation:
$18.00 hour/DOE! Opportunity for a $0.50 wage increase after the first 90 days of employment Paid training!
