Direct Support Professional- Grand Island- $300 Hiring Bonus!

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Direct Support Professional/DSP at our day center and residential locations in Grand Island, NE.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a day center, home environment, and in community settings.

Hours:

Full-time and Part-time available.

Shifts:

Day shift is 7a-3p or 8a-4p with every other weekend required. Flexible schedule is also available. Skillset Needed for the

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old or older. Must be able to pass all background checks. Must have a valid driver's license with current auto insurance. Experience not required - we will train you!

Pay:

$300 hiring bonus! $300 is paid out after 60 days of employment. $16.50 per hour is starting pay. Pay range is $16.50-17.50 an hour. We pay more for direct experience and CNA license! We also offer CEUs for those who already have a CNA license, allowing them to maintain an active license while doing meaningful work that transforms lives as a DSP!
