Looking for Flexible, Meaningful Work? Join Us as a PCA! Want a job where you can set your schedule, make real connections, and help people feel more comfortable at home? We're looking for kind, dependable Personal Care Aides to jump in on a per diem basis. Create your own schedule and travel range! We have the flexibility to work when you need to. What you'll be doing: Helping folks with everyday things like bathing, grooming, and meals Running light errands and keeping homes clean and cozy Being an extra set of eyes to make sure things stay safe Jotting down shift notes in our simple mobile app What you'll need: A high school diploma or GED Be at least 18 and comfortable with personal care tasks Listed on the nurse aide registry (clean record required) A valid driver's license and reliable ride A physical exam and TB test English reading/writing/speaking skills Two quick online training courses (we'll provide them!)
