Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available - Weekends Required Make a difference every day. Community Integrated Services (CIS) is seeking strong, compassionate professionals to support adults with behavioral and medical needs. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll play an essential role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent lives — whether you're supporting health and employment goals or engaging in daily community-based activities. This unique role can offer the structured routine some employees thrive on or provide the variety and adventure others are seeking. You'll work with clients on a 1:1 basis to support daily needs and meaningful goals.What You'll Do:
Support individuals in achieving personal goals Assist with errands and daily living activities Help individuals build friendships and community connections Administer medications and assist with personal care Advocate for client needs — and empower them to self-advocate Support clients in finding and maintaining volunteer or paid employment Be a consistent, supportive role model and mentorWhat We Provide:

Specialized support for individuals withIDD and TBI/ABI What We're Looking For:
Prefer 1+ year of experience in human services, healthcare, rehabilitation, or education Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance coverage of $100k/$300k/$100k Working cell phone and email access Ability to pass background checks (NH criminal, DMV, BEAS) and TB testing Completion of all required state and agency training within 90 days of hire Why Join CIS?
