Provide personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to our Residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship to our Residents. Engage and assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Seek out and observe changes in Residents' daily routine and personal care needs to maintain and update their personal service plan. Encourage Resident participation in Community programs and activities. Medical Benefits, PTO for Full Time Staff Experience Previous experience in senior care or home care settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with patient care techniques and monitoring practices is beneficial. Knowledge of care plans, resident rights, and first aid procedures is a plus. A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Must be able to pass Criminal background screen.
