  • Part-time We are looking for highly skilled support staff with flexible availability.
Part-time positions available. Position located in Nashua, NH. Are you looking to enhance your knowledge, expand your skillsets, and become more marketable in the fiercely competitive medical and direct support industry? Are you a Direct Support Professional, Registered Behavioral Technician, EMT, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, and looking to make a big impact in someone's everyday life? Looking for extra hours in a growing field? Community Integrated Services (CIS) has a medical model home whose residents experienced traumatic brain injuries (TBI). We are looking to hire people that have a passion for people and desire to learn new skillsets. You will have the opportunity to assist your assigned client to live a fulfilling, enjoyable life. Support our residential clients who require a 1:1 ratio. Work with our team of behaviorists to help support behavioral needs for our clients. Clients all require 24/7 support.
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals to achieve their specific goals. Assist individuals with daily living activities. Administer medications. Accompany and assist clients with errands. Encourage individuals to make friends, build relationships and be a part of their community. Advocate for their needs, wants and encourage them to advocate for themselves. Assist individuals in finding and/or maintaining paid or volunteer employment. Be a role model and a mentor! You will receive paid training for: Required state documentation Medical Administration Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Some things we require: Completion of all state and agency mandated training within 90 days of employment. Completion of CPI behavior training (will train). Must pass a National and Local criminal background check, BEAS, DMV records check, DCYF records checl and required TB testing. Valid driver's license, safe and operational vehicle, and minimum of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 Liability Insurance on Automobile. Working cell phone and email account/access. What can we offer you?
