401(k) matching Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development We are seeking reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) throughout Atlantic County including Atlantic City, Somers Point, Ventnor City, Pleasantville, Brigantine and surrounding areas within Atlantic County. Immediate cases available. Key Responsibilities (Non-Medical/Companionship Only) Provide engaging companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a tidy home environment. Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions. Assist with running errands and grocery shopping. Provide transportation for appointments and social outings. Offer medication reminders (not administration). Engage clients in stimulating activities such as hobbies, reading, puzzles, and walks. Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the Agency Manager. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. A caring, patient, and mature demeanor with a passion for helping others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation:
