Saba Home Health Care is a company that is professional and dedicated to a mission to deliver high-quality home health care to all in need. We are currently looking for an excellent Certified Home Health Aide for Mon.-Fri 9am-4pm. This position would be responsible for providing personal care services to our client in their home while demonstrating our values of integrity, caring and compassion. Responsibilities and Duties Supports our company mission to provide high-quality professional care that our clients deserve Provides personal care services as established in the plan of care Assists patients with mobilization Assists with hygiene (bathing, oral care, dressing, etc) and more Performs light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, food shopping, etc Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions Submits required documentation as per agency policy and procedures Ensures compliance of agency infection control and safety policies Demonstrates sound judgment Qualifications and Skills Current and valid Home Health Aide Certification Meets all state requirements for CHHAs Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills This job description is not intended to be an total list of experience, skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with the position.
