Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), both female and male, to provide exceptional in-home care services in,. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status, including vital signs and overall well-being Administer medication and perform catheter care following medical guidelines and client care plans Maintain accurate medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and home healthcare regulations Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to ensure a safe living environment Use proper patient transfer methods and equipment like Hoyer lifts to ensure safe mobility assistance Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams while maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills Proven experience working with elderly patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory care such as Alzheimer's or dementia care Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and basic life support (BLS) including CPR Familiarity with home health care assistance, hospice care, end-of-life support, and heavy lifting techniques Ability to operate EMR/EHR systems efficiently for accurate medical records management Excellent patient observation skills coupled with compassionate caregiving abilities Knowledge of home health regulations and client communication best practices Experience working with geriatric patients or in assisted living/nursing home environments is highly preferred Join our team to provide heartfelt care that enhances the quality of life for those you serve!
