Direct Support Professional (DSP) Serenity NJ Cherry Hill, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time $21.50 - $26.50 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Passenger vehicle High school diploma or GED Driver's License Mobile devices Full Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) - HCBS Serenity, LLC | All 21 New Jersey Counties Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem $21.50-$26.50 per hour Serenity is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Responsibilities Support community activities, appointments, errands, and social opportunities Teach daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and shopping Assist with personal care and medication reminders as authorized Provide safe transportation Follow individualized service plans and person-centered goals Complete timely service notes and required documentation Promote independence, dignity, choice, and self-advocacy Requirements High school diploma or GED At least 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle Ability to pass required background checks and DDD screenings Smartphone or computer access for documentation Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently Experience supporting individuals with I/DD is preferred but not required.
