Graceful Living Home Care is a nurse-led home care agency committed to providing every client with respectful, dignified and dependable care. We are currently building our caregiver team and looking for individuals who share our values of honesty, dependability and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide medication reminders within the permitted scope of practice Support clients with mobility and safe transfers Observe and report changes in a client's condition Follow the client's established plan of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Protect client privacy, dignity and confidentiality Qualifications Active New Jersey Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aide credential Compassionate, dependable and professional Able to pass required background and reference checks Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and agency staff Prior home care or senior-care experience is preferred Availability for at least one or more weekday, evening, overnight or weekend shifts is preferred What We Offer Starting pay of $18 per hour Flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs Support from a nurse-led agency Respectful and professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a developing local home care agency Important Scheduling Information Graceful Living Home Care is recruiting for upcoming client assignments.
