Job Description:
Continuity Home Health Solutions is now hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers who are passionate about helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is an opportunity to join a growing home care team that values quality care, professionalism, reliability, and strong caregiver support. What You'll Do:
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care Provide companionship and emotional support Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide safety supervision in the home Observe and report changes in client condition Follow care plans and agency guidelines Complete documentation accurately and on time
What We're Looking For:
Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and provide quality care Home care experience preferred Reliable transportation preferred Authorized to work in the United States Why Join Continuity Home Health Solutions?
