Sunday Shift:
7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Male Live-In Caregiver Essential Job Duties Provide care according to the individualized Plan of Care developed by the supervising nurse. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises. Prepare meals and modified diets as directed. Provide companionship and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping and grocery shopping to maintain a safe home environment. Observe and report changes in the client's condition, vital signs, skin integrity, or symptoms. Remind clients to take prescribed medications. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes to the supervising nurse. Complete annual compliance training and required documentation.
