Job Overview :
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. Supporting individuals in participating in community activities, social events, recreational outings, and educational programs to promote community integration and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects or assist clients with mobility limitations
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems for recording client information
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in group homes and assisted living facilities.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide first aid when necessary. Foster positive relationships with clients and their families through effective communication.
