Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Hopewell location. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to residents while helping them develop the skills needed for greater independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, and healthy routines Assist with personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community involvement Mentor residents in building friendships and increasing autonomy Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license 20 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Consent to state and federal criminal background checks Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
