We provide in-home support for the individuals we serve. Looking for am experienced Home Health Aide to join our team. Are you a Home Health Aide who loves to support others? QFSG looking for a Home Health Aide that is compassionate, caring, patient, social, engaging and fun for Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm. Pay is $24-26 an hour for Home Health Aide depending on experience. This position is total care for a sweet young lady. Must be reliable and dependable. This is for a long-term position. Must have 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document patient health and behavior, ensuring adherence to care plans. Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation. Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to enhance patient care and support. Qualifications Proven experience in home and community care, with a focus on patient care and senior care. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology. Skills in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient observation. Experience working in assisted living or nursing home environments. Ability to provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities. CPR certification and familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation.
