Modern office setting Wonderful staff We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and help us create a fun and engaging environment for our participants. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing activities, such as arts and crafts, games, sports, and other recreational activities. The DSP should be a creative individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about providing a stimulating environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and implementation of activities and programs for residents. Assist with the coordination of recreational activities and events. Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and exercise. Help residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and grooming. Provide support to participants in a respectful manner. Ensure the safety of residents during activities. Assist with mealtime activities. Qualifications Day Habitation Care Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with the community Experience in care-giving and activities of daily living (ADLs) Have an understanding of Applied Behavior.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
