AVAILABLE IN PEMBERTON , NJ AREA
Ability to work Thursdays an Fridays 4PM to 8PM
MUST HAVE A CAR AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Help with general light housekeeping, personal hygiene, dressing and maintaining a healthy and safe environment. Experience working with companion clientele Help client with ADLs Must have good communication skills Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities Provide nutritional support to patients. (Preparing meals; feeding) Preform basic health care services for patients, including checking patients' weight, vital signs, and documentation. Reminding patients to take medications. Assist patients with ambulation and exercise as appropriate. Work with RN, LVN and other caregivers to meet patient's health care needs. Observe and report changes in patients' condition to Nurse Supervisor / RN. Maintain status with HHA in-service training. Work with limited supervision. Other supportive services as assigned. Reports to HHA Liaison, HHA Supervisor then Director of Nursing. Ability to travel with patient to appointments, restaurants, and shopping
