Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide companion care, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and walking Perform vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Encourage and support clients' independence and self-care Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

Requirements:

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in home healthcare or a related field Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients in their homes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
