- Ridgewood, NJ We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
Position Details:
Competitive compensation: $20- $21 per hour Full-time and part-time positions available Weekdays and weekends
- 3pm-11pm shift Benefits available
Responsibilities:
As a Direct Support Professional, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including: Assisting individuals with various supports inside and outside of their homes, including engaging in recreational activities Monitoring and addressing the health and medical needs of clients and promptly reporting any concerns Providing transportation and support for activities and outings Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations, including HIPAA Maintaining accurate daily logs and written reports Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and offering nutritional support Providing personal care assistance, such as dressing, bathing, and toiletingRequirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria: Minimum age of 18 years Strong passion for helping individuals in need High school diploma or equivalent qualification Willingness to participate in a drug screening. This is a drug free workplace.
