Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will support individuals with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and help maintain a positive quality of life through respectful, attentive care. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation as needed Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and basic home organization support Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when appropriate Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate care team member Follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families Assist with reminders for medications, appointments, and daily routines as directed Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations Respect client dignity, privacy, preferences, and cultural background at all times Qualifications Current certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent state-recognized credential Experience providing personal care in a home care, long-term care, or similar setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care instructions and work independently with professionalism Compassionate, patient, and attentive approach to client care Basic understanding of safety practices, infection control, and confidentiality Reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment Ability to lift, move, or assist clients in accordance with care needs and safety guidelines Preferred Attributes Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and schedules Commitment to delivering respectful, client-centered care Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility Prior experience with elderly clients, individuals with disabilities, or post-acute care support What We Offer Supportive work environment focused on quality care Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives Training and ongoing professional development opportunities Flexible scheduling options depending on role availability If you are dedicated to helping others and take pride in providing compassionate care, we encourage you to apply.
