- Bordentown , NJ Flexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Responsibilities will include:
Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities Use adaptive tools to aid learning and facilitate communication Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties (case managers, etc.) as needed Complete documentation and maintaining schedules Complete ongoing training and professional development Comprehensive Benefits Flexible schedules (full-time and part-time opportunities) Weekly pay Bonus opportunities (e.g., referral bonus) Paid onboarding & training Opportunities for advancement & career growth Scholarship Program Invitations to company events & opportunities to socialize with peer DSPs Medical, dental, life insurance and 401(k) eligibility based on hours worked Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
