Full Job Description Job Overview :
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. Supporting individuals in participating in community activities, social events, recreational outings, and educational programs to promote community integration and inclusion.
Total:
30 hours week
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects or assist clients with mobility limitations
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems for recording client information
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support to individuals in a behavioral health setting.
Assist in the implementation of treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Conduct intake assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor and document vital signs, behaviors, and progress, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team. Engage with patients, particularly children and those with developmental disabilities, to foster a supportive environment. Participate in crisis intervention as needed, employing appropriate techniques to ensure patient safety.
