Join our compassionate team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a difference every day. Help our clients achieve personal goals, maintain independence, and integrate fully into their communities.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. Implement and adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) aligning with clients' goals. Provide companionship and emotional support, and encourage social inclusion. Administer medication and monitor client health as per guidelines. Support clients with transportation to various appointments and community outings. Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age. Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred). Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.Benefits:
