Certified Home Health Aides Evenings - Somerset County, New Jersey We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in Somerset County, New Jersey. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to patients who require assistance with daily living activities.Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation
- Assisting with medication management and wound care
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care and services provided
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide or related field
- Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work evenings, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach to care
