Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation Assisting with medication management and wound care Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team Maintaining accurate records of patient care and services provided Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide or related field Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or willingness to obtain Ability to work evenings, including weekends and holidays as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centric approach to care
