Job Description
Alianza Family Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home environment. In this rewarding role, you'll assist residents with personal goals such as budgeting, nutrition, fitness, and community involvement while promoting independence, safety, and dignity. You'll build meaningful relationships, encourage participation in activities, support daily living tasks, and attend to personal care needs. Alianza offers a supportive team environment, job stability, and opportunities for growth through training and mentorship—ideal for those pursuing careers in healthcare, social work, or education. Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong communication and teamwork skills, adaptability, compassion, and a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle.
