We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate applicants to fill our open position in our residential program as a permanent position. Starting wage $16 per hour, HOWEVER, we are willing to offer more for experienced candidates. . Elligible for Overtime at time and a half. $250 bonus for being hired and working with Su Vida for 90 days. These positions require applicants to work with developmentally disabled individuals in a group home in NE Albuquerque. Includes all aspects of helping individuals including helping with activities of daily living, food preparation, cleaning and helping the individuals meet their own visions for their lives. The schedule will be forty hours: Friday - 8 am to noon, and Saturday through Monday - 8 am to 8 pm. Overtime opportunities will arise from time-to-time.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2. 18 years of age or older. 3. A current, valid New Mexico Driver's license with no restrictions and a driving record which allows SVS to acquire insurance coverage for the employee. 4. Must have reliable transportation to work which assures arriving to work timely. 5. Ability to cook meals and clean. 6. Must maintain valid Handle with Care, CPR and First Aid certifications. 7. Must care about people with developmental disabilities.
