YOU, play a crucial role in supporting clients' daily lives and helping them achieve their personal goals. Helping clients with daily living activities as needed.- Encouraging clients to build and maintain relationships.
- Supporting clients in employment and volunteer opportunities.
- Promoting a safe and positive environment for clients.
- Facilitating clients' involvement in recreational and social activities.
- Providing transportation to community events, appointments, and activities.
- Documenting clients' progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties.
