Key Responsibilities Daily Living Support :

Assist patients with essential activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation, promoting dignity and independence.

Health Monitoring :

Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff, ensuring timely interventions.

Emotional Support :

Provide companionship and empathetic engagement to enhance patients' emotional well-being.

Mobility Assistance :

Safely assist with patient mobility, including transfers to and from beds, wheelchairs, or other equipment.

Environmental Safety :

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Healthcare Collaboration :

Support medical professionals in diverse settings, including Level I and II Trauma Centers, Emergency Departments, Operating Rooms, Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), and Geriatric Care Units.

Patient Education :

Assist in delivering patient education under the direction of healthcare staff to promote health and self-care.

Documentation :

Accurately record care provided and patient observations in accordance with organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications Interpersonal Excellence :

Exceptional communication skills to build trust with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Healthcare Experience :

Familiarity with hospital or clinical settings, ideally in teaching hospitals, trauma centers, or specialized care units.

Emergency Medicine Knowledge :

Understanding of emergency protocols and procedures is a strong asset.

Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team while delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
