It provides long-term and skilled nursing service. the facility has 162 nursing home, skilled-nursing living beds. Services for residents are provided 24/7, focusing on maintaining or improving their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being under a personalized plan of care developed by licensed health professionals. Why does the job exist? Provide direct personal care and related support to long-term care facility residents to maintain quality care services and provide an optimum quality of life. Ensures adherence to Department of Health and facility policies and procedures. How does it get done? Answer patient call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine patients' needs. Turn or reposition bedridden patients. Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising. Review patients' dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure patient receives appropriate diet. Measure and record food and liquid intake or urinary and fecal output, reporting changes to medical or nursing staff. Who are the customers?
