Health is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and dependable Male Personal Care Attendant to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other special needs. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and independence of our clients while promoting their overall well-being, dignity, and safety.

Pay:
$17/hour
Job Requirements:
Fingerprint background check within last 6 months Physical within last 6 months Current 2-Step TB Test Current CPR/First Aid Certification High School Diploma Must be 18 years of age or older Up-to-date PCA Certification Job Responsibilities Caregiver will work with clients during scheduled shifts between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM . Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed Assist with daily living activities such as eating, drinking, and medication reminders Prepare meals according to client restrictions Help with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair and bed mobility Assist with daily routines such as getting up and preparing for bed Provide emotional support and companionship Maintain a clean and safe living environment Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers Document care services and progress in accordance with SSM Health policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of all client information according to HIPAA standards
